ACHIEVEMENTS
On 19 and 20 October 2002, as the founding member and one of representatives
of law firms in West China, Sichuan Trusta Law Firm attended the Second
Chinese Lawyer's Forum co-sponsored by All Chinese Lawyers' Association,
Shanghai Bar Association and Chinese Lawyer Magazine in Shanghai International
Conference Center. During the conference, Director Zhou Hongming communicated
on and probed into the theme of this forum The Professional Orientation
and Brand of Law Firms Under the Guidance of the Principle of Bona Fide
Doctrine with the counterparts hailed from the whole country, and signed
Shanghai Declaration. On the afternoon of 19th October Director Zhou Hongming
Delivered a speech on The Culture and Professional Brand of Law Firms, causing
strong repercussions among the conferees, demonstrating the lawyers' elegant
demeanor in West China.

On the afternoon of
3rd September 2002, Sichuan Trusta Law Firm held a free on-the-spot consultative
services in protecting stockholders' rights at Mianyang Hotel. On that day
a lecture on protecting stockholders' rights and securities civil litigation
was also given, in which lawyers from Trusta answered stockholders' questions,
and signed letters of intent. This activity won favorable comments from
the shareholders, and Chengdu Daily, Chengdu Evening, Sichuan TV Station,
Chengdu TV Station had paid constant attention and given full coverage to
the activities, exerting great social influence.

In December 2001, Director
Zhou Hongmin, lawyer Li Qingmei, on behalf of Sichuan Trusta Law Firm, joined
the First Chinese Lawyer's Forum organized by All Chinese Lawyers' Association
and Chinese Lawyer Magazine, and Trusta Law Firm is a founding member of
